Phone Bidding Procedure
If you are not able to attend our live Auction but would like to
purchase stallion
seasons, ITOBA has established the following procedure to
accommodate you:
• On Wednesday, January 20th and Thursday, January 21st from 8am to 5pm, ITOBA Treasurer Marsha Bialaszewski will accept phone-in bids at 812-446-7673.
• At the conclusion of the phone bidding period, the persons with the 2 highest bids for each stallion will be allowed to bid by phone at our live Auction on Saturday January 23rd.
• Representatives from ITOBA will call the two top bidders when the stallions are sold live and will join in the bidding with live bidders. The opening bid at the live Auction will be the highest phone bid.
