The ITOBA Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM and are held at Indiana Downs Racetrack in Shelbyville, Indiana from February through July. From August through January, meetings are held at Hoosier Park Racetrack in Anderson, Indiana. All meetings are open; members and guests are always welcome.
